INCENTIVE/FIT: Approached by the Eudio rep shortly after being kicked out of the bunker by Dean, Castiel would have been tempted by simply the offer of a safe place to stay and basic salary. Throw in having his grace restored and undoing Metatron's spell, reopening the gates of Heaven for his brothers and sisters, and he would have agreed easily.
As for fit, human intimacy is still relatively new to him. He described his first time having sex as "very educational" even though the woman he slept with was a Reaper who tortured him for information and killed him afterwards.

He'll likely have his angel blade on him. It's a long, silver dagger he keeps up his sleeve. It's highly effective against angels and demons, but does no more harm to a human than a regular dagger would.
